About OPEN Finance

OPEN Finance brings together lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) leaders from major financial services organizations in the New York City area.

We are a volunteer network that uses the combined expertise of our member firms’ employee resource groups to advance workplace policies across the industry, to collaborate on events, community service and philanthropy, to drive positive change in the communities in which our participating firms do business, and to provide a networking forum for LGBT finance professionals.

OPEN Finance is a the “network of networks,” with more than 30 participating firms, more than 1,000 finance industry professionals on its mailing list, and a reach of more than 5,000 individuals through each firm’s employee resource group.

We promote a collaborative environment so that our participating firms combine the expertise of their Employee Resource Groups, resources, ideas and best practices.
